De ADAU1452 lijkt ook FIR filters te ondersteunen. Wordt dit straks ondersteund?

Kon je bij filter design nu ook presets kopieren? Ik kon dit niet vinden in de handleiding

Dat wordt in Filter Design ingebouwd.

Dus dat kan nu nog niet?
Ik wil bijvoorbeeld preset 1 en 2 exact gelijk, alleen verschillend volume.
Maar dat wordt dus apart invoeren.

De configuratiefile die op je pc wordt opgeslagen is een XML bestand. Daar zou je in kunnen knippen en plakken als je exact weet wat je doet.

The interest in our new Fusion Amps rises every week, often we get questions about them and all the enthusiasts can’t wait for the release of this new plate amplifier range, including ourselves. In our earlier communications we announced the launch of the new Fusion Amp range in the third quarter of 2017 but we need to postpone the launch to the first quarter of 2018.



And now the good news! We like to announce a new feature for the complete Fusion Amp range. We will add an option to ensure the Fusion Amp can also be operated with remote control for volume control and source selection. Our well known Hypex Remote Control can be used for these purposes. The IR receiver will be a loose part so our customers can integrate this when needed and where needed. This feature was widely asked and with this implemented in the Fusion Amp we hope to meet your needs.

A loose part? Beetje twengels

Een onderdeel van losse zeden.

Ik had dat "a separate part" genoemd.

I just got that message in an email from Hypex. But no mention of the DSP upgrade. I just replied and asked if AOIP will be an option in the OEM solution. If not we are building our own DSP based plates with the MP series amps with Ravenna input as our budget option.

Well this is what I heard:

Chip specifications:

DSP: ADAU1450 using external ADC en DAC

ADC: 192kHz 24-Bit Enhanced Dual Bit ADC

SRC: AES/EBU –S/PDIF 192kHz 24-Bit

DAC: AK4454 768kHz 32-Bit

DSP filters: 3x15 Biquads

No Dante in any product. DIY or OEM. So I guess someone on this thread is starting rumours

Probably a good choice to go for the AK4454. The "Velvet Sound" filters are soft and pleasant. So will be welcome when connecting direct to amps and drivers, as there's no means to voice with passive crossovers to soften the sound. Better to lean towards a bit of softness rather than hard and analytical.

Uhm... Nee.
