pcX was just informed by B-G's Japanese export agent that Jelmax and Rubycon (Jelmax's OEM supplier for B-G caps) have finally negotiated a workable arrangement, that will see B-G production continue for years to come. However, there are two important caveats:
1. Prices will be going up....by how much is not yet known.
2. The range of B-G values will be reduced, as Rubycon is now demanding much larger production lot sizes, making some values uneconomical to continue producing, due to low demand. What the final list of available values will be, is not yet known.
