Verschil tussen Neo3 PDR & Neo3 PDR W ?

Weet iemand het verschil tussen Neo3 PDR & Neo3 PDR W ?

Ik lees het volgende op het PartsExpress TechTalk forum:

NEO3-PDRW

Has anyone tested these yet? Are they a drop in for the NEO3-PDR? Or, has anyone tested the NEO3-W? It has much higher sensitivity than the PDRW(93 v. 90.5). I was planning on using the PDR on a project this summer, but since the change over I don't think the FRD and ZMA files I have are correct. I've contacted BG about it and hope to hear something from them.

Thanks for the email and your interest in our products! We’re glad to hear that your project with the NEO3PDR worked out well and you plan additional designs with our tweeters.

As for your question, the “W” version is an exact drop in for the old version. The little bit of extra metal and rivet on either side is to assist in the bilateral tensioning of the diaphragms and also to ease sealing to a faceplate.

We have made one small other internal revision to improve consistency but this was seamless as well.

De een bundelt wat beter dan de ander geloof ik.
Martijn heeft volgens mij beiden daarop "getest"
Ik weet wel dat er ook een van die twee meer vervormt.

Typisch dat de ander beduidend meer vervorming heeft dan de ander?
Zouden ze meer dingen hebben veranderd?
